Before scheduling an appointment with us, we kindly request that you carefully read the following information to ensure a clear understanding of our new store location, the preparations you can make for your visit, and the individuals you will be working with.
We are thrilled to announce our new store location in Conroe, where we have made significant changes to adapt to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously located in Vintage Park, we unfortunately had to relocate due to the soaring rent costs of over $18,000 a month. However, through divine intervention, we discovered a 1500 sq. ft. air-conditioned private suite in Conroe, at Storage 105 right off Hwy 105 in the private suites in the back is now where the store is located.
Although our new location may not be the most lavish venue for purchasing a dress for a special occasion, we take pride in our extensive inventory. With over 1200 dresses in stock, we offer a wider selection than most large department stores. We understand the importance of finding the perfect dress for your special event, and we are committed to providing a variety of options to suit different styles and preferences.
The past year during the Covid-19 pandemic has been challenging for us and our employees. Unfortunately, none of our staff members were able to return after the shutdown, and the decrease in special events further impacted our operations. To make ends meet, Terrie Carolyn, my partner and wife, discovered her passion in the field of Medicare and became a Medicare Specialist, while I started selling small ranches on weekends and Barbara C Tibbetts has retired to enjoy the grandchildren.
Continuing a Tradition: It is important to note that I Dante Martin, the owner of our store and husband of Terrie Carolyn, am carrying on the tradition established by the founders of our company, Barbara Coolidge Tibbets and Terrie Carolyn Martin, back in 1991. We remain the same company with the same values that have guided us throughout our journey.
To accommodate our valued customers, I began meeting women at our storage suite. Although my role as a man assisting women with dress selections might take some getting used to, I assure you that I conduct the appointments with the utmost professionalism and respect. I understand that comfort levels vary, and I am committed to working within each person's preferences and boundaries. During your appointment, you will have the pleasure of working with me I am the husband of Terrie Carolyn whom T. Carolyn is named after. I bring over 15 years of experience to our store and have a keen eye for design. In addition to our dress collection, I have created an exclusive jewelry line, featuring custom designs specifically crafted for T. Carolyn. This unique jewelry collection adds an extra touch of elegance and personalization to our offerings.
Cultural and Religious Considerations: We understand that cultural or religious rules may govern interactions with individuals of the opposite gender. Please note that by booking an appointment with us, you will be working with Dante Martin, the owner and husband of Terrie Carolyn. I assure you that I conduct myself with the utmost professionalism and respect for all cultural and religious sensitivities. If you have any specific requirements or preferences regarding your shopping experience, please let me know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Appointment Details and Support System: I understand the importance of having a support system when shopping for a special occasion dress. You are welcome to bring friends, spouses, or even the future bride and groom with you. However, please be aware that our limited space may become crowded with more than four individuals. To maintain a serene environment and preserve the delicate fabrics, we kindly request that small children not accompany you during your appointment.
Preparing for Your Appointment: To make the most of your visit, we recommend having some designs in mind before you come. It's a great idea to browse through our website and familiarize yourself with the designers we carry. This will help you determine if we have the specific designers you're interested in or if there are similar styles available. We do our best to offer a curated selection that caters to various tastes.

You will go to the Southwest side of the building and enter the access code you should have given after you set your appointment.
Drive stright back, look to your left you will see building 2. Turn left towards building 2 and pass it up, go to building 3. Continue back until you get to Suite 3111.
When you are at Storage 105 you are at the right location we are in the back.

What to expect when you visit T. Carolyn.
To make it easier on our guests, we do take appointments. This way, we can make sure we are prepaired for you in advance.
When you arrive, you will be greeted "shown where the bathroom is :):)". Because so many of you have traveled a long ways to get to us from all over the Houston area and beyond. You are encouraged to look through the racks if you would like.
We try to have garments ready in your size and color if you let us know. We will ask you important information about your upcoming event in order to properly advise and assist you. You will be helped with selecting the right garment for your special ocassion.
“T. Carolyn experience”, allow us to give our professional advice of over 30 years of dressing women and be prepared to consider a look that may be new for you.
We will be able to recommend accessories to compliment your choice. We have spent a great deal of time searching for the perfect jewelry and accessories to go with each dress. Some of the jewelry is custom made only to us and optional colors can be selected with enough time.
